Miraidon is a Key card because it can quickly deal damage and accelerate energy. Miraidon’s attack, Accelerating Peak, deals 40 damage and lets you find 2 Energy cards and attach them to any Future Pokemon. This card's other attack deals 160 damage for 2 Lightning energy and Psychic energy. Additionally, using the Ancient Booster Energy capsule and each Iron Crown ex on your bench, you can add 20 more damage and remove the retreat cost of this card. So you can easily have a single prize attacker that accelerates energy cards and deals over 200 damage!

Iron Crown ex is another vital card for its ability to add 20 damage to every Future Pokemon’s attack except Iron Crown ex. At first, this might seem small. But it is the exact opposite. You can get up to 4 Iron Crown ex-cards on your bench and a Future Booster Energy capsule to deal 100 extra damage per attack. Iron Crown ex’s attack, Twin Shotel, Can do 50 damage to 2 of your opponent’s Pokemon. In addition, this attack isn’t affected by Weakness, Resistance, or any Special effects. When playing the Iron Hands ex Future Box Deck, your goal at the beginning is to get Miraidon in the active Position along with as many Iron Crown ex-cards as possible on the bench. You will then want to switch Miraidon with Iron Hands ex as soon as possible.

To acquire the necessary cards, utilize tools like Techno Radar, Nest Ball, Ultra Ball, and other supporting cards. Techno Radar can select two Future Pokémon from your deck. Consequently, by Round 2, you should seamlessly transition into the attacking phase with Miraidon or Iron Hands.

To increase energy acceleration, use the Reboot Pod Ace Spec card, Electric Generator and Miraidon's attack. The Reboot Pod allows the attachment of a basic energy card from the discard pile to each Future Pokemon. You'll likely have an Electric Generator to use in the early game to power up Iron Hands ex. Don't worry you can recover the Electric Generators from the discard pile with Arven.

To draw cards use Ultra Ball, Nest Ball, Techno Radar, Mew ex, Arven, Town Store, and Pokestop. This deck also has 4 Future Booster Energy capsules to remove retreat costs and add 20 damage to attacks.

Throughout the game take advantage of Iron Crown ex and Future Booster Energy Capsule to buff all attacks! You can also use Heavy Baton to move up to 3 basic energy cards from an Iron Hands ex when it's knocked out to a benched Pokemon.

A good hand should include cards that allow you to draw cards, aid the attacking card, and accelerate energy. Here is a sample hand and how to progress with it.

  • Iron Crown ex

  • Iron Hands ex

  • Professor's Research

  • Techno Radar

  • Future Booster Energy Capsule

  • Town Store

  • Lightning Energy

As you begin your round let's say you draw another Lighting Energy. First, use Iron Crown ex as your attacker. Move Iron Hands ex onto your bench and use Techno Radar. Discard your Lightning Energy and find Miraidon and another Iron Crown ex or Iron Hands ex. Then use the Future Booster Energy capsule on Iron Crown ex so you can switch without cost whenever. Now, seeing as it's early game we can attach our energy to Miraidon to accelerate extra energy. We can then use our Town store to find a Heavy Baton.

Next, place the Heavy Baton on an Iron Hands ex and then switch Miraidon with Iron Crown ex. We can instantly attack with Miraidon to accelerate 2 energy towards Iron Hands ex. From here you can keep attacking with Miraidon and eventually switch for Iron Hands ex once it can attack. You will want to go into maintenance mode to make sure Iron Hands ex has a good amount of buffs from Iron Crown ex cards and Future Booster Energy Capsule. You will also want to start using a Electric Generators as early as possible to start the Amp You Very Much train.
