Maks is the owner of TheMaksGuide.com and an enthusiast of the Pokémon Trading Card Game. Since early childhood, I have enjoyed establishing businesses and acquiring Pokémon Cards. In 2023, I resolved to combine these two passions to create the website you are now on.

I began collecting Pokémon Cards in 2016 when I purchased a mystery bundle of them on eBay for less than £10. I was hooked as soon as I received those initial cards in the mail, and I've been gathering trading cards for more than five years. Now I want to share my knowledge so that others may enjoy the wonderful pastime of collecting Pokémon Cards.
