Paradox Rift Mechanics & Decks

Paradox Rift Continues and reintroduces many new mechanics and cards like TMs, Terra Pokemon, and Future/Past Pokemon Cards. With these new mechanics come brand-new decks built around them. Some even use old favourites that Paradox Rift has buffed!

Roaring Moon ex Deck - Paradox Rift unleashes a new Roaring Moon ex deck. With high competitive potential in the Pokemon TCG! The key cards in this deck list are Roaring Moon ex, Earthen Vessel, Dark Patch, Suawkabilly ex, and Professor Sada’s Vitality.

This deck relies on Roaring Moon ex as your heavy hitter. With Galarian Moltres V can finish off any other cards. You want to get 3 energy cards on Roaring Moon ex as early as possible. Use Trainer cards or Radiant Greninja to place energy cards in the discard pile. Doing this will accelerate energy cards. And then quickly attach them to Roaring Moon ex and Galarian Moltres with its Direflame Wings ability.

Entei V /Iron Valiant ex Deck - The Entei V deck packs a punch thanks to Entei V and Radiant Charizard, dealing tons of damage. Plus, it welcomes the Iron Valiant ex. Iron Valiant's Tachyon Bits snipes low-HP targets with Medicham V, while Charizard and Entei V clean up High HP cards softened up by Iron Valiant.

Miraidon ex Deck - The existing Miraidon ex deck has had a massive buff with the release of Iron Hands ex. Iron Hands’ Attack Amp You Very Much gives you an extra prize card. This helps the Miraidon ex deck which has often been out-prize traded.

This deck works by getting Miraidon ex early through an Ultra Ball and then using its Tandem Unit ability to get 2 electric Basic Pokemon. Then you can use this to get Iron Hands ex, Raichu V, or Raikou V. These cards do require a lot of energy cards. To get energy cards. Use Electric Generator which lets you get up to 2 Electric energy cards from the top 5 cards in your deck. This almost always works because the deck has 18 Electric energy cards. Flaaffy also helps by allowing you to take 1 electric energy from the discard pile to a benched Pokemon.
