Poltchageist Illustration Rare is a beautiful card and an exciting new entry in the Pokemon TCG. Poltchageist is the first Pokemon on this list from the new region Kitakami. We know only a few Pokemon from Kitakami. Poltchageist is a dual-type Grass/Ghost Pokemon introduced in generation 9.
In my opinion, while the Pokemon's artwork is good, its moveset is quite ordinary. Poltchageist tends to spread its matcha powder to people. Upon contact, the powder will drain the life energy from the person and take it. As we can see, the process begins with the little boy in the artwork. The artwork is quite Intriguing. 9 Bloodmoon Ursaluna ex (Hyper Rare)
Bloodmoon Ursaluna ex Hyper Rare is a new Pokemon and features amazing artwork. Bloodmoon Ursaluna is one of a few new Pokemon from the Kitakami region. Bloodmoon Ursaluna has quite a fascinating lore and was referred to as the Bloodmoon Beast by Perrin. Three cards featuring the Bloodmoon Beast, including this Hyper Rare, have made an appearance in this set.
The card's Hyper-rare status will be the main reason behind the card's expensive price tag. Hyper Rare Bloodmoon Ursaluna ex has a good illustration and by far the best Hyper Rare artwork. Bloodmoon Ursaluna ex Hyper Rare won't be worth a staggering amount but will have some value.

Luminous Energy is a type of card that is used only by certain decks. For those who do use it, it is a great card. Luminous Energy is a great addition to decks that need multiple energy types or that can take advantage of Special Energy cards.
The artwork for this is nice and slick with the classic golden etched design. Surrounding the energy is an aura with a colour for each energy type in the Pokemon TCG. Luminous Energy is anticipated to be a highly sought-after card for collectors and will likely be the most valuable energy card in the set.
7 Perrin (Ultra Rare)
Perrin's Ultra Rare card is a rare example of an expensive trainer card. Perrin is a new trainer who travels to the Kitakami region, which Twilight Masquerade is based on. Perrin, a photographer, has a Hisuian Growlithe partner, which is important for the special illustration rare.
The artwork is pleasant. It shows Perrin with her recognisable camera and classic outfit. On the other hand, this card can't compare with the Perrin Special Illustration Rare. Either way, this card is still nice and will have a high price.

6 Escape Board (Hyper Rare)
Card Text: The Retreat Cost of the Pokémon this card is attached to is 1 colourless energy less, and it can retreat even if it’s Asleep or Paralyzed.
Escape Board is an established card that is returning to Twilight Masquerade with a Hyper Rare card which will increase its value. Escape Board is a skateboard which can help you retrieve your Pokemon in battle. The card allows for easy retreat of Pokemon by reducing the retreat cost by one. Escape Board lets players retreat Pokemon that are paralyzed or asleep. While it is an alright card, I don't expect to see it used in many decks.
However, the hyper-rare rarity of this card will elevate its price. It has the classic Golden etched artwork that few cards have in a set. On the other hand, the artwork is lacklustre and a bit plain. Escape Board will be a valuable card from Twilight Masquerade.
5 Lana's Assistance (Ultra Rare)
Lana's Assistance is an excellent card that is sure to have an expensive price tag. This Ultra Rare Lana's Assistance shows the beloved character grasping a fishing rod with a beach behind her. The artwork is simple and depicts the character by subtly including her love for water Pokemon.
Lana's Assistance Ultra Rare is a capable card. Her card can accelerate energy and revive Pokemon from the discard pile. It's unsure yet whether the card will fit into a current deck. Overall, Lana's card is great, and the Special Illustration Rare version will appear later on the list.

Bloodmoon Ursaluna will be expensive because of the card’s solid artwork, rarity and decent moveset. Bloodmoon Ursaluna's ex is all around a solid card. It has a unique moveset, a fun artwork and it's a rare card.
Bloodmoon Ursaluna is a new Pokemon from the Kitakami region and this is Its first card in the Pokemon TCG. The moveset is pretty good. In summary, Bloodmoon Ursaluna’s ability reduces the energy cost of its attack by one every time your opponent takes a prize card. The card’s attack does 240 damage but costs five energy. Near the end of the game, this card can deal 240 damage for practically no cost.
This card’s artwork is super fun and relaxed. I'm very excited about Bloodmoon Ursaluna’s first entry in the Pokemon TCG.
3 Greninja ex (Special Illustration Rare)
Card Type / HP / Stage: Fighting / 310 / Stage 2
[W] Ninja Blade: 170 damage. You may search your deck for a card and put it into your hand. Then, shuffle your deck.
[W][C][C] Duplicates Barrage: Discard 2 Energy from this Pokémon. This attack does 120 damage to 2 of your opponent's Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)

Greninja ex is back and will be one of the most expensive cards because of its immense popularity, slick artwork and capable moveset. It's worth noting that Greninja ex was voted as the best Pokemon in a community-wide survey, so it's no surprise that this card is near the top of the list.
One of the standout features of Greninja ex is its artwork, which shows Terra Greninja leaping into the air with shurikens and coloured paint surrounding it. In my opinion, it's hard to think of a card this cool.
Lastly, Greninja's moveset is incredibly powerful. First and foremost, Greninja ex's Fighting type hits cards like Arceus Vstar and Iron Hands ex for weakness. Additionally, Greninja ex's first attack deals 170 damage and allows you to draw a card from your deck for just 1 energy. Meanwhile, Greninja's second attack deals 120 damage to two of your opponent's Pokemon, but you have to discard 2 of the 3 required energy cards to use it. However, if you use Boomerang Energy, you only need to place 1 energy to use the attack again.
Greninja ex-Special Illustration Rare is guaranteed to be expensive and is our favourite card in Twilight Masquerade by a mile!
2 Lana’s Assistance (Special Illustration Rare)
Card Text: Put up to 3 in any combination of Pokémon that don't have a Rule Box and Basic Energy cards from your discard pile into your hand. (Pokémon ex, Pokémon V, etc. have Rule Boxes.)
Lana’s Assistance will be an expensive card in Twilight Masquerade thanks to the solid ability of the card and the artwork. Lana, the popular trainer, has returned from the Alola region in the latest Scarlet & Violet expansion. Lana is a super popular trainer from the Alola region because of her consistent appearances in seasons 20 to 22 of the Pokemon show and her inclusion in numerous Pokemon Games.
The ability to accelerate energy and revive Pokemon from the discard pile is solid, but it may not fit any specific deck at the moment. However, with new sets being released every other month, I'm sure a deck will find a good use for Lana's Assistance.
Lana’s artwork follows the previously discussed cartoon style. These controversial artworks tend to fetch high prices, which sets a good precedent for the card. This specific artwork depicts Lana around water Pokemon as she always has done in the television show. I believe Lana's assistance checks all the boxes for a viral and expensive card in the up-and-coming Twilight Masquerade.

Perrin's Special Illustration is a rare and precious card due to its exceptionally creative artwork. Perrin’s artwork is a two-piece artwork with the Hisuian Growlithe illustration Rare. The illustration of Perrin is from the perspective of her Growlithe, as seen by the reflection on the camera lens. This subtle but interesting addition is perfect and creative. The artwork will elevate the card's value.
Perrin also has a good move, allowing you to declutter your hand and draw 2 Pokemon from your deck. I believe Perrin will be one of the most expensive cards In Twilight Masquerade. This popular supporter card is our pick for the most expensive card in Twilight Masquerade and is the second in a long time to do so after Paldea Evolved
